Our new welcome packs for young asylum seekers new to Devon!

We have launched our brand new welcome packs for young asylum seekers!
This welcome pack sets out important information about local services, community resources, and tips to help young asylum seekers settle in their new lives in Devon. The pack has been co-designed with some of our young asylum seekers, and it covers everything from housing and education, to healthcare or finding friends!
We want to give a huge thank you to Adil, Yousif, Sherrif, and Hagos for playing a key part in creating this pack and using their life experiences to shape what should be included in them.
You can find the welcome pack online at devon.cc/yas-welcome, and a leaflet has also been created (as pictured below) that will be given out to all new young asylum seekers!
