Led by Children and Family Health Devon’s Children in Care Nursing team, colleagues from across Devon County Council and Torbay Council have joined forces to make sure that all of our care experienced young adults will receive a hamper of gifts this Christmas!
Together, and with the generosity of the general public (who donated over £5000 as well as various gifts!), we packed over 250 Christmas hampers for our care experienced young people
