Our SUSU Council met last week, with an in person group in Newton Abbot and a small group joining us online from Barnstaple.
We started off by discussing our new group expectations and how we can better work together to make change.
We were then joined by Kristian, who is part of the Welcome and Support Me area of the Corporate Parenting Board. Kristian is working on a project that will make sure that all of your belongings are properly looked after during your time in care. We spoke to him about our views and experiences and how this could be improved, especially when items are put in storage.
