The Lifelong Links service has now been permanently funded !

We are so delighted to share that Lifelong Links has now been permanently funded by Devon County Council!
Lifelong Links is a service that can reconnect you with people who you have lost contact with, this could be members of your family, friends, teachers, support workers and more! This process can help improve your sense of identity, wellbeing, and they will provide you practical support along the way too!
One young person who has worked with Lifelong Links said
“Without lifelong links I would have no family connections – it’s the best service I have ever used I can’t recommend it enough!”
