Just James and Luke being absolute kings at the Devon Children’s Social Care annual conference!
Today James and Luke took to the stage in front of hundreds of people to speak to staff about their experiences, what’s been good, what needs to improve and why it’s important that we all work together. They then answered some questions from staff in a quick Q&A. And they both absolutely smashed it! Devon’s Director of Children’s Services, Stuart Collins, even said it was “definitely the highlight of the day!”
It’s really important that your voices shape your services, so it was great that so many staff got to hear directly from two of our SUSU Council members.
