National Care Leavers week 2023!

National Care Leavers Week 2023 is coming up later this month (25 Oct – 1Nov), and this year the Become charity are calling on everyone to CARE! That stands for…
C – Celebrate care leavers,
A – Amplify their voices,
R – Raise awareness of challenges, and
E – Encourage change in policy and practise!
If you want to get involved with the CARE theme, try taking one (or more) of the letters of the CARE acronym and choose any way to express what that means to you, or what you’ve done in relation to that point. For example, you could create an art piece or write a blog about it. Let us know if there’s anything that you want to share with us, and we can post it to our feed.
