Our Total Respect residential was a complete success!

So here we all are at our very first SUSU residential!. A group of us are learning how to train social workers and other children’s services staff for 2 days….and having some fun at the same time! …Hope we get some sleep!!

We’ve survived!! 2 days and 1 night together in a converted barn in the Devon countryside (complete with farm smells and compost toilets!). We had a laugh and learnt a lot. Watch out if you work for Devon Children’s Services – this wonderful group of care-experienced young people are READY to train you up in ‘Total Respect ‘!!
