Watch us pack 2025’s Christmas Hampers for care leavers!

Led by Devon Partnership Trust NHS and Children and Families Health Devon’s Children in Care Nursing team, colleagues from across Devon County Council and Torbay Council have joined forces to make sure that all of our care experienced young adults will receive a hamper of gifts this Christmas!
Together, and thanks to the generosity of the general public who donated to the project, we packed over 250 Christmas hampers for our care experienced young people.
