Building Happier futures with John Lewis and partners

John Lewis and partners are offering unique opportunities for young people looking for employment!
Building Happier futures is a program designed to give young people:
- Work experience with the opportunity to complete a project within the branch
- ️ A written reference
- CV training
- Support from our wellbeing team
- Access to job interviews and vacancies
The program starts with a drop-in welcome session and building tour to discuss your goals, followed by 3 days of retail-based work experience! See below for the dates where welcome sessions will be open!
29 April – 4 May
Placement then taking place on 19 – 21 May
30 June – 6 July
Placement then taking place on 18 – 20 July
29 September – 5 October
Placement then taking place on 13 – 15 October
The drop in sessions usually take between 1.5 to 2 hours, and you can book your place for any point between 9:15 – 4:30 on each day. The placement days will then be 10am – 3pm each day.
