We had a great Devon Youth Council meeting today!
10 of you came together from all across Devon to represent your peers and identify the top issues that affect young people in Devon. We had several hundred issues submitted by young people, which we discussed and tried to summarise.
We also had a lot of fun thinking about how change is made and exploring the council chambers where politicians meet! Our next steps will be to use everything we did today to create the countywide ‘Make Your Mark’ youth vote, which will be launched after half term. Fantastic progress made today!
