Next week Rees Foundation are going to be running a series of workshops for their Wellbeing Week!

Running from 10th-14th August, Rees Foundation’s Wellbeing Week is a series of online events designed to help boost your wellbeing and mental health.

Virtual workshops include:

  • Sarah Saunders: Professional life coach
  • Budgeting and budget meals
  • Meditation
  • Pilates
  • Healthy meals
  • Tackling loneliness
